What AHD stores

AHD stores account, booking, relationship, session, progress, messaging, package, invoice, and payment records needed to operate the coaching service. Optional sensitive capabilities remain off unless a tenant enables and configures them.

Who controls client data

The coach, academy, studio, or consultancy is the tenant responsible for its client relationships. LIX operates AHD as the software provider. Tenant staff access is limited by tenant membership and permission.

Security and retention

Authentication sessions are stored server side. Sensitive fields and push endpoints are encrypted at rest. Important administrative changes are audited. Retention and deletion requests are handled according to the tenant policy and applicable law.
